Ra-Fael Blanco and Robbie Welch share the responsibility of running this intensive one stop 'boutique' agency. Ra-Fael's industry experience ranges from professional modeling, choreography and acting to executive roles for various major and independent record labels. Robbie has heavy administrative experience in the entertainment sector working exclusively with major publishing firms, sports PR firms and motion picture companies. Ra-Fael and Robbie merged their creativity and expertise to form what is known today as "The Independent Publicity Mayhem Experience", as cited by a well-known trade magazine.
